Our Story
Eller Construction Company has been operating in Shelby and Fayette Counties and surrounding areas since 2003, with Derek Eller having personally overseen the construction of more than 120 homes that range considerably in size, value and finishes.
With an initial focus in the custom market, Eller Construction established their reputation in residential home building by maintaining high standards in delivery while closely managing the homeowner’s budget to maximize results.

Derek Eller
Derek Eller is the owner of Eller Construction. Derek takes pride in playing a very active role in all project activities from start to finish to ensure that the client experience is positive. Derek is also currently serving as a board member for the West TN Homebuilders Association.
His primary role includes the following:
Participation in all project activities from design support, budgeting, scope development through execution and warranty management
Oversight of the field Installation activities for all subcontractors and vendors
Coordination with subcontractors, engineers and code officials to ensure compliance
Documentation of critical issues as necessary
Oversee and maintain customer relationship
Oversight of quality control functions on the project site
Manage change requests required for the project.
Mandy Polatty
Mandy joined the Eller Construction Team in 2014 as Office Manager. Her role has continued to grow and her involvement has expanded to include project procurement and maintaining documentation for both scope definition and overall financials.
Her role include the following:
Compile project estimates and organize this information into a format for customers to easily evaluate and make decisions
Track project financials and generate weekly reports for customers to see where actual project costs are relative to budget
Communicate with Customers, Vendors and Subcontractors to document project specific items to include scope, scheduling, etc.
Support documentation of project punch-list items to ensure completion for customers
